Who is responsible
Persivo, a trading name of Mimizh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14507556), whose registered office is 3rd Floor, 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JL, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@persivo.tv.
What we collect
Details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address and messages you send us. We also link a login for the streaming provider to your box, and we may share your name and email address with the provider where it needs them. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers. We do not ask for your bank or card details for the provider.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, set up your login, provide support, take payment, tell you about the box if you joined our waitlist, meet legal duties such as tax records, and improve our website. Our lawful bases are contract, consent, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run Persivo, and only as needed: the streaming provider whose service you subscribe to, delivery couriers, our payment provider, and our website hosting, email and support tools. We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers, including Stripe, are based outside the UK. Where that happens we use safeguards required by UK law, such as approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or we stop the waitlist. Order, delivery and payment records for six years, because tax and accounting law requires it. Support messages for 2 years after your last contact. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent, such as for waitlist emails, at any time. Email support@persivo.tv. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
